Ingredients:

Notes:
If using a standard blender, make sure it is filled no more than halfway to prevent steam explosion.
If new to MCTs, start with half a serving.

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large cup and blend with a handheld immersion blender. Another option is to put in a standard blender (see note).
  2. Blend on low speed until frothy and thoroughly mixed.
